The public AI chat is an informational tool, not professional advice and not a support channel. Outputs are generated automatically and may be incomplete, generic, or wrong. You are solely responsible for verifying anything before relying on it, and we accept no responsibility for actions taken on the basis of AI chat output, including changes made to production Oracle systems.

Submitting a booking or contact form is simply a request for us to reach out. It creates no obligation on either side to proceed. Any paid work, deliverables, timelines, or fees are agreed separately in a signed statement of work or service agreement, which will govern over these Terms for that engagement.

The site’s design, text, graphics, logos, and code belong to WISE DBA CENTER S.R.L. (trading as ORAcraft) or our licensors. Nothing here transfers any of that ownership to you. Copying, republishing, or building a derivative site or product from our content requires our prior written consent.

If you send us messages, chat prompts, or booking details, you confirm you have the right to share that content and grant us a license to use it only to respond to you, operate the site, and improve our services. You remain responsible for anything you submit.

The site and its AI chat are provided “as is”, with no warranty that they will be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WISE DBA CENTER S.R.L. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, revenue, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the site or reliance on AI chat output. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent the law allows.

You agree to defend and hold WISE DBA CENTER S.R.L. harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit that infringes someone else’s rights.

We may suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the site or the public AI chat at any time, with or without notice — for maintenance, abuse prevention, or any other reason. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, disputes) continue to apply after access ends.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages at our hosting or AI providers, internet disruptions, or other circumstances we could not reasonably have prevented.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal proceeding, we ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue directly and informally.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed service agreement, make up the entire agreement between you and WISE DBA CENTER S.R.L. for use of the public site.
